Mobile Post Office

Keeping the Post Office Local

Barton Stacey is the home of the Hampshire & Wiltshire Mobile Post Office service.

Operating from a specially adapted van, our post office on wheels visits 13 villages throughout the week, from Downton, south of Salisbury, to Stonehenge, and east to Basingstoke.

The Mobile Post Office offers most of the services you'd expect from any local PO, including stamps, parcels delivery, home shopping returns, cash withdrawals, home and business banking (on behalf of all High Street banks), bill payments service, phone top-ups and car tax renewals.

We also sell sell foreign currency (to be ordered in advance).

Post is returned to Barton Stacey Post Office, where it's collected the same day by the Royal Mail and sent on its way.

Our timetable may occasionally be subject to change so please follow us on Facebook for updates #mobilepostoffice (this page is best viewed on your mobile device).
